La Mivoie Cottage, Eco House, Tamarin

House Description

This private holiday home is situated at La Mivoie/ Tamarin in the south western part of the island in an residential area. The distance to the sea is appr. 300 m and to the public beach appr. 1 km. The bungalow consists of 3 bedrooms ( with air conditioner), two bathrooms, a spacious livingroom and diningroom, kitchen, Patios and a spacious garden with pool. The bungalow is designed to accommodate a max. of 7 persons.

Infrastructure

The village is with supermarkets,banks,money changer, ATM´s, shoping centre and restautants well provided.

There are bus stops nearby on the main road, but we recommend a rental car for better mobility during your stay.

Activeties

deep sea fishing, catamaran trip, snorkeling, swimming with delphines, scuba diving, hiking in the nearby national park or Casela Bird park.

Change

ATM accepts EC-Card and all supermarkets accept credit cards.

Housekeeping

The maid will come 2 times a week for in-between cleaning, changing the bed linen & towels once a week.

Towels for the beach ist not available

In tropical region you can’t avoid small insects such as ants.geckos etc… that’s why, sweets things must be keep well clossed

Health

For emergengy case, there is a small hospital down town in Black River, its open 24/24 hrs.Otherwise there is a Doctor on the main road, 500m to the south.

Rates & Reservation

Rates depending on reservation for 2, 3, 4 or maximum 7 persons.

Up to 2 persons 75 € / day

3 persons 85 € / day

4 persons 95 € / day

Long term reservations ( for one or more months ) are possible on request.

The price includes final cleaning and in-between cleaning ( 2 times a week), bedding and costs for gas and electricity. After Reservation 30% of the full amount due must be remitted as prepayment, 2 weeks before arrival the remaining amount is due. If you are interested in a rental car during our stay we can arrange the contract, depending on the type of car required the price varies between 23€ and 30€ per day.

Extra Costs which are not included in the all-in rates:

– additional transfer 50 € one-way, with a maximum of 4 passengers.

Air-conditioning, depending on consumption approx. 1-3 € per night and bed room

– Extra cleaning – 500 MUR / 12 € per cleaning

Extra costs have to be paid on site in La Mivoie and in cash.
